We already feel the civilization’s progress consequences in dealing with the progressing aging of the society. On the one hand, extending a person's life is optimistic, on the other hand, it also creates certain sociological and housing problems. The senior population is increasing, however not all of them are provided with adequate living conditions, which are additionally able to pay.
In Europe, the problem has been studied for some time, many places about seniors have been designed, while in Morocco the topic is not yet relevant enough, however, as the country is in the group of developing countries, it is expected that the problem of an aging population will arise coming soon and here.
The concept is located in Temara – a neighboring city with Rabat. The site is attractive due to its location in a smaller city, but in a location well connected with larger urban centers. The surrounding area is housing, there is a place for all kinds of services, and this the place with a calmed down, which makes the plot favorable for such an investment.
